Information processed
Our website host, Cloudflare Pages, processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, which may include IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, timestamps and security events. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include.
This website currently has no active checkout, account registration, mailing-list form or payment collection. Product search and filtering run in your browser; our site code does not submit your search text to a server.
Why we use information
We use technical information to provide a working, secure website, and enquiry information to reply and resolve requests. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in operating the site and responding to correspondence. Where an enquiry concerns steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, or a legal obligation, those bases may apply instead. We do not treat simply browsing this site as consent to marketing.
Service providers and sharing
Cloudflare provides website hosting and network security. Google provides the email service used for enquiries. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Our site code has no advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics, and we do not sell enquiry information.
These providers use international infrastructure, so processing may take place outside the UK. See Cloudflare’s privacy information and Google’s privacy information for their processing, transfer and retention practices.
Retention
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to answer and resolve the enquiry, handle a related dispute or meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry and whether an ongoing issue or legal requirement applies. Technical logs held by our providers are subject to their retention arrangements. You can contact us to ask about information relating to you.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact us using the email above. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity.
You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
